Please fill out the following TWO forms to gather the necessary information to create your Exhibition.

What can you expect when becoming an artist on our page? We will create two pages for you: your artist page and your exhibition page.

Your artist page will feature:

• A biography text sharing a bit about yourself and your experience living with ME/CFS

• A self-portrait

• Links to your social media account(s) and website

• Your exhibition(s)

Your exhibition page will feature:

• The title of your exhibition

• An optional introduction text to give more insight into the exhibition

• Your artworks, with optional accompanying texts

• A short description about your exhibition

The minimum requirements to have an exhibition:

• A short biography and a self-portrait

• The title of your exhibition

• Your artworks

• A short description of your exhibition

Additionally, we will create three social media posts: an introduction to your exhibition, a post about the artist, and a post exploring the background and creation process of the exhibition.

We highly recommend that you write your answers down in your notes on whatever device you use before submitting, and then just copy and paste them to our forms. There is no need to submit them both at the same time. Take your time and do them on different days. When you are ready, please fill in the forms below.
